Shipping, Delivery and Pickup

Shipping

Stiine Liv Arts & Crafts is located in Copenhagen, Denmark, where all orders will be shipped from. Currently we only ship to Denmark. We are working on shipping to the rest of Europe, too.

It is also possible to make an appointment to pick up your order in Østerbro, Copenhagen.

Please note, that shipping and delivery can take a little longer in times of holidays and vacations. During these, it may happen that the webshop is closed — in that case, it will show in the banner at the top of the website, with information about when you can expect your order to be processed and shipped.

Recycled and reused packaging and wrapping

Your order is shipped and wrapped in recycled materials. The cardboard box and the other packaging have had a life before they are used to send your order, which is why you may see wear and tear on the packaging. Safe arrival of your order is always top priority, and we make sure to wrap the products carefully and safely prior to the shipping.

If for any reason it may be important that an order is shipped in completely new packaging, please inform me in the note on checkout.

Delivery with PostNord

Packages will be delivered with PostNord:

  • Expect the delivery of your 0rder to be between 3-7 weekdays after your purchase.

  • PostNord — Collect:

    • 55 DKK (under 5 kg)

    • 65 DKK (above 5 kg OR “big” delicate orders, that demand careful packaging in “big” boxes)

  • PostNord — Home Delivery:

    • 69 DKK (under 5 kg)

    • 89 DKK (above 5 kg OR “big” delicate orders, that demand careful packaging in “big” boxes)

  • You can choose “Home delivery” for shipping to your home address, or choose “Post office / Package box” for the nearest to you PostNord pickup point.

  • If possible, PostNord will provide you with a tracking number.

Please note:

  • You have the responsibility to provide us with the right delivery address upon checkout, and to have the opportunity to either pick up your order at the chosen delivery point, or to be home to receive it. Disagreements or disputes related to the delivery of packages are between you and PostNord.

  • In case a package gets lost during delivery, you need to contact PostNord and report it to me. Write to: contact@stiineliv.dk

Pickup in Person

It is possible to arrange pickup of orders in person at Østerbro, Copenhagen:

  • This option is free.

  • You need to choose the option “Store Pickup” when choosing the delivery at checkout.

  • I will contact you within 1-2 weekdays after the purchase to coordinate your pickup.

    • Make sure to check the spam filter in your mailbox.

    • If you do not reply to my e-mail, I will send another. In case I do not hear from you after the second e-mail, I will contact you through text/SMS.

  • You are also welcome to reach me first, and provide me with suggestions of your preferred pickup days and times. Write to: contact@stiineliv.dk

  • Expect available times for pickup within 2-5 weekdays (in case of vacation or holiday season, it may be longer — look for notifications in the banner at the top of the web).

  • Exact location for pickup is provided after your purchase.

In Case of Damage by Shipping

Please inspect the package and your order for visible damage upon receiving it. If the shipping has caused damage to the package or items within it, you have to be able to showcase documentation of the damage. If any items are damaged, please contact me right away and no later than two days after receiving your package.

Damaged packages or items must always be reported to me on e-mail. Write to: contact@stiineliv.dk
