Our website uses these cookies in order to learn about website traffic and to be able to do marketing. We use Meta Pixel to read actions — also called “events”, that visitors engaging in on our website. Events can for an example be a visit on a product page, an e-mail signup or a search on the website. The pixel can also read general data about our website visitors, which makes it easier for us to market our arts and crafts to new people, who could have the same interest in our products as our visitors. We collect the following personal data: country, city, gender, birthdate and browser.

Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. We collect these data with Squarespace Analytics.

8. Payment Information

When making a purchase on our website, we require only that you fill out the information we need to fulfil your purchase and provide you with the best experience possible.

The information we collect are; your full name, telephone number, e-mail, postal address, billing address and payment details. We save the information received upon checkout for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making our website run effectively. When your order has been fulfilled, we store the needed information in accordance to the Danish Accounting Act (bogføringsloven) and the Danish authorities. Bogføringsloven states that accounting material, and in this case, invoices from purchases made on our website, must be kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the material relates.

Our website only collects very limited payment information for the purpose of identifying orders or solving problems in regard to payments. Otherwise, our website does not store your payment details. Your payment are processed through your chosen payment method; Apple Pay, PayPal or Stripe.com (Squarespace’s integrated payment system). 9. Information from E-mails

You can always contact us through e-mail if you have any questions or inquiries. On our website and during checkout, you also have the option to sign up for our mailing list to receive updates from us e.g. when there are new items in the shop, if we have exciting updates, collaborations, projects or art releases.

9.1 E-mail Marketing

If you sign up for our mailing list on our website, we will save the information as you provide it. If you sign up for the mailing list during checkout (option to check the box to receive additional e-mails from us), we save your name, surname and e-mail, as it is given to us during checkout.

You can always unsubscribe from our mailing list in the bottom of our e-mails.

9.2 Contacting Us through E-mail

If you contact us through e-mail, we might save contact information and e-mails, as long as it is relevant for fulfilling your inquiry in the best way possible. The informations that we save may depend on the subject of your inquiry. If you wish all e-mails correspondences between us to be deleted, you can always notify us. We will then delete all the information possible and in accordance to the Danish Accounting Act (bogføringsloven) and the Danish authorities, in regards to still be able to account for our sales as required by the law.

If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. In spite of our effort, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its’ absolute security.

11.1 Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to make the necessary actions.
