Returns

You have the right to return your order or items bought in our webshop at www.stiineliv.dk within 14 days of delivery:

• The right to return an item expires 14 days after receiving it.

• You have to report the return on e-mail within 14 days of receiving the order.

• Make sure to hand in the item(s) for return within 14 days.

• You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s).

How to Return

Please follow the steps below to return an item:

• Notify me if your wish to return an item bought in our webshop. Write an e-mail to: contact@stiineliv.dk

• Make sure to provide me with your order number and, preferably, the reason for returning the item(s) — let me know, if you wish to return in person or by post.

• I will get back to you within 1-2 weekdays with information about the return. Make sure to check the spam filter in your mailbox. Return address will be provided.

• Send the return package to the provided address or return it in person in Østerbro, Copenhagen — make sure to have an appointment!

• Make sure that the package is safely and properly packaged in order not to damage item(s) under the shipping or transportation!

• You will receive a refund according to the Refund Policy.

Please note:

• You are liable for any damage or deterioration of the item(s) until I receive it.

• Custom made items (products that have been made especially for your needs or wishes) are not eligible for return.

• I do not receive packages sent “pr. efterkrav”.
