Returns

You have the right to return your order or items bought in our webshop at www.stiineliv.dk within 14 days of delivery:

• The right to return an item expires 14 days after receiving it.
• You have to report the return on e-mail within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Make sure to hand in the item(s) for return within 14 days.
• You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s).

 

How to Return

Please follow the steps below to return an item:

1. Notify me if your wish to return an item bought in our webshop. Write an e-mail to: contact@stiineliv.dk
2. Make sure to provide me with your order number and, preferably, the reason for returning the item(s) — let me know, if you wish to return in person or by post.
3. I will get back to you within 1-2 weekdays with information about the return. Make sure to check the spam filter in your mailbox. Return address will be provided.
4. Send the return package to the provided address or return it in person in Østerbro, Copenhagen — make sure to have an appointment!
5. Make sure that the package is safely and properly packaged in order not to damage item(s) under the shipping or transportation!
6. You will receive a refund according to the Refund Policy.

 

Please note

• You are liable for any damage or deterioration of the item(s) until I receive it.
• Custom made items (products that have been made especially for your needs or wishes) are not eligible for return.
• I do not receive packages sent “pr. efterkrav”.
