I adore the whimsical, child-like and fantastical, and love to give everyday life a spark of this, making the world we live in and surround ourselves with a little more playful and magical!

Inspiration in magic and nature

My sphere is centred around the subtle magic of nature and our surrounding world. I’m curious about the mysterious worlds and parallel universes that might be, and that we might not have an eye for. This reflects in my arts and crafts, which are about expressing the magical and supernatural. If my artworks were a book genre, I would like to think of them as magical realism.

I’ve been at war with perfectionism for many years, and I have found crafting to have a soothing and therapeutic effect on my mental wellbeing, containing treasures of learning and listening, that has had a rippling effect throughout my life.
